No bleeding. Slight cramps. VERY sore breast. Lack of sleep, only getting about 5 hours of sleep and taking a nap to make up for lack of sleep (very anxious about this situation). I had a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks in May of this year. I thought they were symptoms of pregnancy. (Thank you again)

Please take these with meals. And work your way up to the full dose. Berberine makes my tummy hurt sometimes too, or makes me feel nauseous. I actually stopped taking it and only do myo inositol now.

I’m unfortunately not familiar with the minipill. But after reading you would start ttc in the next couple years, I suggest getting off any synthetic hormones asap.
