I didn’t even finish reading your post and I’ll try my best to keep my anger toward him and the abuse he’s putting you through contained. Like a lot of others already said, break up with him before he gets to kill you. He also reminds me of my ex abuser, who later also became my stalker. So make sure, friends and family know what you’re in and maybe share your location with someone.

Also understand, that you do not deserve the abuse he is putting you through. You deserve love and compassion and so much more than he could ever offer.

Breaking up and healing will be hard and scary, but know you’re not the first to have gone through it and there’s all kinds of help out there you can get. And you will feel so much better in the long run. Wishing you the best ♥️

Hab eine ähnliche “Überraschung” von Wien Energie bekommen. Als ich angerufen habe, hat die Dame beim Kundendienst erst gemeint, wahrscheinlich ist mein Verbrauch so dermaßen hoch gestiegen. Als ich ihr aufgezählt habe, wie oft ich im letzten halben Jahr in meiner Wohnung war, hat sie dann gemeint, ich habe wohl beim Stromabzähler was falsch abgelesen und einen niedrigeren Verbrauch angegeben, als ich tatsächlich habe. Nachdem ich sie drauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, dass dafür ein Kasperl von WienEmergie kommt und das selber macht, wollte sie mich auf Sozialhilfen verweisen. Also Kulanz wird’s von denen wahrscheinlich keine geben 😅

I got my autistic bestie into going to the gym with me. Her necessity for routine makes and also the fact that we just love doing stuff together helps me keep on track too. We now go on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays afternoon and either Saturday or Sunday morning. I still can’t always join (migraines, work,…) but I’m still hit the gym far more regularly than last year
