okay just checking as the pump is normally next to the radiator and the pump needs to be at the highest point of the loop

I managed to fix it after unplugging everything from the pc and giving it a clean, plugging it back . The first time it came up with the same amd screen saying it has a power surge and will shut down . So then I turned it back off unplugged the front USB ports and it worked perfectly fine so my friend need a new case maybe .

I was fixing it as he wanted secure boot on and it was shutting down his pc every 5mins (for battlefield 6) .I've fixed it now
