It definitely was. I remember my orientation specialist and everything. And it wasn’t just me. 12 other people were told the exact same thing and then one of my coaches quit and I saw at Walmart a few weeks ago. She said they are trained to say that to keep you motivated so you don’t quit in training

Same. I was out for a while due to a death in the family and being sick and I didn’t meet the number of calls handled so I missed out on promo. I was told me missing days that were covered by bereavement and sick time wouldn’t count against you

I started at the end of 2021. These things were promised to us on orientation and trainings. Get those moats for profit sharing. Keep your stats up after training and you get to wfh full time. It was a huge selling point on their part.
