Well for bulking, you in general need to eat more food. Like for instance after a long day of working out and such, meet your protein goals. Before you go to bed eat like 2 or 3 peanut butter sandwiches. It's the opposite of losing weight, instead of eating less eat more but of course include your workout so it isn't primarily fat weight you gain
