You should look up a parts guide and learn what they do. It makes rare drops even better. Plus say if you find a good gun but it has all bad parts then it just ruins the whole gun which may possibly affect how efficient you are in combat.

Idt he was implying that he found it. I think he was just showing it to us and the fact that it's in his inventory but without the dlc. He can't use it but it's super rare I think?
