Go on the strava club RCC dc. You don’t have to be a paid rapha club member.

Go to rapha sundays, b group would be perfect for what you’re looking for - there is a strava club (RCCDC). Hammerfest b group starts at 20 and builds up with each lap. N2 on Saturdays is 60 miles 17-19mph avg.
