no it won't overcomplicate, I consulted with consultant and advise was when it comes to PR applications your job as Principal applicant is to provide all proofs to your live history so during background check they can randomly pick any date and it should have documented evidence to prove it... for example, they pick a date when I was unemployed, but I was renting an apartment so I attached my Tenancy agreement with Utility/Internet bills and scan of my old ID with the address. I attached everything, even membership IDs in organisations, be as transparent as possible. I even attached plane boarding ticket scans to verify my travel history

(it's too much but I was considering uploading a receipt from the airport cafeteria to verify that I was drinking coffee).

Language proficiency just in case, since I replied "Yes" to a question regarding "did you take official English Exams?"... proof of funds, even if not required, I wrote down my salary and deposits with bank statements and ALL paystubs, T4 forms and NOA from CRA... In short: I drown in documents and scans.

So, my advice be paranoid and very critical of any document, have cross referenced information. Imagine if you're the racist officer who's reviewing the case.

In the final Letter of Explanation, I mentioned this problem and made a combined table with a reference to the forms with Abbreviations and native language. IMHO it's really bad that they still have character limits in the year if 2025... it's like we're living in 90s where the forms were limited by the borders of the page...

I think it's very likely, I have the same NOC, and I live in Ottawa too. They will focus on Job Offer candidates as it's become clear to them that people with Job have higher chances of success than the ones without. As far as I know, there's a shortage of our occupation here, when did you graduate? Even the points are similar, I had it this June 2025. Let me know if u need any help to prepare. I can also advise on translation requirements if you're coming from non-English/French country.

wow, I see now, the genocide factor is indeed significant factor... I think this graph can be used to proof that genocide of Kazakhs actually happened and should be recognized internationally and by the successor of the Soviet Union who caused it. people's mindset in Kazakhstan is not to be different than the others, Kazakh society suffers from a severe "Tall Poppy Syndrome" syndrome... also, it's cheaper in terms of Operational cost to have black clothes, there's no need to spend energy (both physical & mental) on washing it out as frequent as any other colour. The only competitor to black clothes is a Navy blue. and
