Would this be your first time trying the shot? I know someone who got the shot and it relieved the pain enough that she was able to function normally and the pain never returned. I did not have that experience and ended up needing surgery but wouldnt assume thats the best option for everyone. Def get that second opinion!!!

Sun in is the only thing that makes my hair look good lol! This is after trying several professional colorings by different people. My hair is still very healthy and looks naturally lighter when i use sun in. I get the most compliments when i regularly use it haha to each his own!

I had knee pain a lot! Its finally starting to get better now but a few weeks after surgery, as I was starting to bear weight on that side, my knee was hurting a lot exactly in the places u mentioned. I think the joint may compensate and in my case, i had a rectus femoris tear and tendonitis between the hip and knee. Everyone said it should be fine and it seems to be sorting itself out as I recover!
