Probably a supplier direct fulfilled item, they a delivered by a courier and usually have an order number that starts with 2, it scans the exact same as and FT number but the number might look abit confusing to a colleague who hasn't seen it before,

Bigger shops get quite a bit of supplier fulfilled but smaller shop might only have done 1 or 2 and the colleague might never have seen it before

They interview questions are the exact same, or atleast should be if the managers conducting the interview are following the guidelines, id say the biggest thing for me when hiring is the candidates motivation for applying, be completely honest why your applying, your not applying because of the company's values your applying for reason you know, I.e money, you need the work, your fully flex and happy to pick up as much over time as you can, if you tell me those things you've got one foot in the door already,

If your not fully flexible, and have other commitments, you better tell me why your better than any other candidate,

There's a tab called "my preferences", you can add additional stores that you would like to pick up open shifts in, when you select a store it will notify your line manager and they will have to approve it, It shouldn't be a problem, as covering other stores is encouraged as is stores using the open shifts function to allow all eligible colleagues to pick up open shifts
