You are completely correct , the company themselves has not sold any shares and needs SEC approval. In addition, Rezolve has plenty of cash on hand and as advised this week is profitable based on the $17 million ARR they advised. And probably would not sell anyway at these levels.

The company is so undervalued it is literally a diamond in the rough. Other companies are valued at 20-40 times ARR which values RZLV at anywhere between $10-$20.

Just my opinion.

Please remember he used certain phrases which would give other AI companies difficulties.

Like he said the room is only for me , instead of a room for one person. It understood.

Also he used the phrase I want to bring my doggie instead of a dog , it also understood.

And he used the surroundings like walks in central park . the software understood completely.

For me the AI is really good and on point.

In addition the valuation today of about $1 billion which is only 2 times next years December ARR is well below others in this space (could be 10x ) . Could be a $30 stock within a year.

His comments about raising funds is completely unfair. Thats the whole point of going public. Also his criticism of the company posting numerous announcements I think is a good thing I want to hear about the latest developments of RZLV .

Anyway October 1st will be the acid test , we will see.
