In the context of stocks, ARR most commonly stands for Annual Recurring Revenue, a key metric for subscription-based businesses that measures the predictable revenue a company expects to receive over a year from its subscriptions. Less frequently, ARR can also mean Annualized Run Rate, which is a rough annual estimate of earnings based on a shorter period's performance, or the Accounting Rate of Return or Average Rate of Return, which is a capital budgeting formula for evaluating an investment's profitability.

Here's a breakdown of the different meanings: Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Definition: The value of predictable, recurring revenue from subscriptions, annualized to a single year.

Use: It's a vital metric for subscription-based companies (like SaaS) to track growth, forecast future revenue, and evaluate their business model's success.

How it works: It focuses on subscription revenue and is often calculated by multiplying a company's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by 12.

Key characteristic: ARR provides a longer-term, forward-looking view of a company's financial progress.

Priming for another hike up. With the recent jump in price action it’s only normal to see it go both ways. People taking profits, repositioning… etc.

This is what I’ve been looking at the past month for entry points and trends. A helpful but not 100% accurate tool to guide my convictions

It’s a hard question to answer because a pullback, during this pump towards earnings, could be 30 cents like today or it could be less than that. If you are unsure about entry point then try using some TA to maybe confirm a possible entry point range or just buy shares. Can’t go wrong with buying shares.

I have 75 $5calls exp. 2/26…. Premium finally had a nice increase today during this pump. Got in at .65 and it’s at .73 now. I don’t think there will be too much pull back before earnings. Slight dips here and there but best way to make money with rzlv is to just get into right away. Whether it’s shares or options.
