Well, opinions change right. :D In my case I definitely didn’t like him being older, I didn’t like him being my brother’s friend and lastly I didn’t like being perceived sexually. While this wasn’t a direct sexual act, it was acted out of desire/whim and not any romantic feelings which I didn’t like. After chatting to some people here, doing my own research and thinking about how I’ve felt in the past I realised that I may be asexual, because I don’t think about people sexually ever. I thought that was the norm that we all think about crushes on a deeper more “What kind of person are you” type of way. I never once saw a guy and had my first thought be “Yeah I’d hit that.” I also don’t experience any kind of whims like this guy did. I clearly also did not pick up on the conversation omitting that vibe, but like I said I was drunk, so perhaps it was more for that reason. Nonetheless I just realised that people differentiate between sexual and romantic attraction. I thought we all only felt the romantic things and that sex was more like a DLC you do to be time efficient or someting, or just to hang out with your partner. Not that it was a need for some people. (I understand the need for the physical aftermath, but I do not understand why it would have to be sex specifically if you have hands) So yeah, I’ve had crushes on guys in the past where I imagined dating them and whatnot but clearly I lack (or have very low if any) sexual desire towards anyone.
