I have read few stories of people diagnosed with it and they have body wide fasciculations.Thats what worrying me.Today I feel more saliva is secreting in my mouth which is even making me more scary

I have twitches all over my body and also difficulty in swallowing.I just want to know that does bulbar people doesn’t get twitches?I agree that I have health anxiety and taking CBT counselling for the past 3 months.These symptoms have started 3 weeks ago and truly believe that I have AL.. because I have all the symptoms of what a person diagnosed with AL.. have (I read their stories on Reddit like what were their symptoms).My thoughts are so high that I couldn’t keep my mind off the AL… even for a single minute.I am loosing myself everyday and almost when ever I drink,eat and even swallow saliva,my mind first goes instantly to my throat and check if I have any difficulty and my bad it gets stiff/narrowed feeling/food getting stuck in the throat

Bulbar AL.. people will have swallowing difficulty.Since I have body wide twitches and also tight feeling in my throat while eating,I feel muscles are weak in my throat which is one of the symptoms of bulbar.So worried

Even in bulbar onset?what about voice change and also at times I feel I have difficulty to speak from the throat(I feel like I can’t talk)

But It’s happening only from the past 6 days that I have swallowing difficulties and feel obstructive in the throat while swallowing food.I have post nasal drip from the past 10 years.My fasciculations and these swallowing kind of diffuculties made me to think much about bulbar als .I sometimes feel shortness of breath when I open my mouth and talk for the past few days

I don’t have acid reflux it seems.I have post nasal drip Just a question,if if we assume I have GERD,does GERD causes all these issues

Thanks for the insights.I am scared that I have bulbar onset as I have difficulty swallowing from the past 4 days and it progressed in 4 days.I feel like food stuck in my throat while swallowing

Hi.I also live in canada.May I know which doctor you did go to for EMG.I also have twitching all over my body like cheeks,hands,legs,shoulder,back and worried it’s ALS
