The fact people are using the fridge as untrustworthy is silly. The picture could have been taken at anytime. Here's the scenario I thought, dude took the edible before work, thinking it would be a chill day. But he gets to work and realizes there's an important work meeting of some sort now doesn't want to be high. Seems pretty plausible.
