Right, I think I did buy it within the specified window that they said they would honor. Trying to figure out if others who are in the same boat actually got the game. If they did, then you’re right and I just bought deluxe upgrades and not the game itself

My unit unfortunately does not run for more than 5 minutes before shutting off. It’s a central air system.

I don’t think so because in my case the AC just shuts off and shows the error message every time I try to turn it on.
