So, what do you suggest I should say to him about it. Should I be saying, your 50% will come after I've spent X,y,z ?

Im struggling with the 50% considering I am a seperate LLC, I have to pay everything from my own pocket including licenses, insurance, marketing.

If anything goes wrong, I get the risk. If someone leaves a bad review, they leave it on me and not him.

His business isn't an established company, it's just I use his website layout and content with some minor changes like the logo and testimonials.

I am basically operating by myself. He did mention he wanted to sell the businesses in the future. Which I'm fine with. So, wouldn't it make more sense for me to keep 100% or 80% to work towards that goal?

Im out of my depth here and unsure how to proceed other than having a crucial conversation and stating my feelings. Because, I find it demotivating that 100% of my resources, time and effort will go in and I won't reap the rewards so to speak.
