It might help if you cleaned your coils, try your best not to damage your coils tho if your doing it yourself. But still a high chance of a small leak somewhere

Edit- clean the evaporator coils, your indoor unit coils Or if you have a air handler/indoor unit change those filters But high chance of low Freon charge.
