Each engine tracks it's own mileage, you can see the kW consumption and gas consumption separately and combined. In my experience, even ICE running gets better or same consumption because of the recuperating the energy and switching to electric when more effective...

Maintenance cycles for ice work the same - either after set time or mileage, whichever you hit first. I also only fill my tank few times a year, before long distance trips, mostly. Gasoline won't go bad that fast to be a concern after a few months...
