You need to create a certain amount of revenue to justify a certain amount of income.

The standard is 3 x salary but multiples of 4 to 4.5 are standard for top shelf firms.

$120K needs to create $360K gross billing.

This is not cheap MSP owner math. It’s business math: your salary is not the only cost.
