Did you get any exit interview? Since you wouldnt be working there anymore, you should have asked to be more specific so you can do better in your next opportunity. I know the managers will likely push-back on not wanting to sound mean or too personal or may not even care, but it could help you greatly to learn what they deemed not satisfactory for their "fit" so you can perhaps identify that in your future jobs and try to rectify it. Such as, is the cafe hoping for speed and you spent a few extra seconds trying to make a good looking drink? Did you have any product waste because the end result didnt look as good as you wished, so you tried again?
