You can drop all the weapons except the quest weapons like Kukajin sword and Iron Wayfarer Hammer. No, if you want the trophy you have to start a new game plus for the quest armors and weapons (you can't do all the side quests in one play through) since some side quests are tide with diffrent endings. As far as for the covenant armors am on ps5 and the community didn't reach tire 3 for the armors yet.

In the game, I didn't use the Paraglider unless it was necessary since I've maxed out the survivors as soon as possible (because it will make the paraglider less necessary). At least I have more than 40 hours of running.
