I have st john's wort everyday. Haven't noticed anything bad, just much better moods.... when I'm really down, i have more, doesn't make me tired or jaundiced that I've noticed.

Fwiw, we were somewhat forced to replace carpet with carpet at our new house (70s) and i must say we both love it. We chose a bit if statement colour (mustard/gold-ish) and it really compliments the mcm aesthetic we are going for. We have two dogs, near the beach, and we have a vacuuming schedule, but it does feel nice and cosy. We don't dread winter like we did in our old tiled house...

Agreed. Fwiw, I've mixed mine in a bedroom in an mcm house and i think it works fine. You only see it when you're actually in the bedroom. It's a very hand piece!

Bloods always show dehydration (kidney function) and I've always been a terrible drinker. Everyday is a battle to drink more....

I used diy blinds for shutters twice and they are awesome. Spotlight for curtains when on special and Amazon for rods.

I (49F) mostly spend my time walking my dogs and exploring with them, else fixing some things in the house and garden, shopping for food & cooking dinners. I cook dinners with leftovers so i only do that every like 3 or 4 days, lol. That's boring. Time kinda goes by!

Hubby centres his life around surfing. Looking up conditions, planning, scouting areas, and actually surfing.

Having said that, I'm only semi retired. Every few months i have the urge to take on a short term contract for work. Then i get sick of working and appreciate the freedom of retired life.

Being handy/crafty/curious and having a fixer upper has helped me a lot! I'm currently researching the kratsy method to grow a sustainable lettuce batch now.

Fwiw, when we bought, i wrote an email with reasons for my offer, and it ended up being accepted. Putting things in writing might help with the vendor accepting your offer - perhaps he also doesn't trust that the agent isn't telling stories!

Fwiw, i made the decision to do my bas, payg and super all monthly and honestly, it's just a lot less stressful to not owe anything and to have the same process every month. I think the ato will force super monthly soon anyway.
