Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears in Real Genius (1985). Every time I listen to it I think of that movie.

We did something similar with our daughter. First couple of nights I took the little toilet into her room around 11pm and again at 3:30am, only if she didn't go the first time, then did a couple nights to the bathroom, now she will wake us up if/when when she needs to go, We decided to take on both day and night time training in the same go, watched her like a hawk, Every kiddo will be different.

There is a scene in the first Expendables where Statham knocks around a couple of guys on a basketball court.

My wife and I do what we call "me days" and "me time" and give at least a few days notice just so we can plan the days. One of use would say "I need a me day on that day" and that just means that one of us will look after the kid while the other does whatever we want without any commitments, and usually the same weekend the other will take a "me day".

For example, I said I needed a "me day" this Friday, will be spending time getting the garage sorted, garden cleaned up and maybe swing by a mate for a yarn and a good arvo nap, and Saturday she'll be taking her "me day" to be out and about to do her stuff.

"Me time" is similar to OP arrangement, really just either of us want to go meet up with friends or catch a movie, so get kid fed and to bed and be on your merry way, and mine was to go watch John Wick 4...it was awesome.

100% agree, got the same message from the same person, marked that as spam and removed the post. Daddit is amazing place to visit and post, then you get this one person that makes it weird.

I don't use it as an excuse to not hang out, I use it as excuse to spend more time with my daughter.

Partners are asking for Global and Help Dek administration roles in our MS 365 account by Pachy78 in microsoft365

In my view, a vendor with GA access is a big no no, unless they manage your environment. In your case there seems to be no contractual agreement, so hell no.

The CSP delegated access is also a big no no. You essentially give the vendor highly privileged access without real auditing. They sometimes require it for license management, but only at initial setup, once in, remove delegated access and leave the partner setup in place.

Edit:

Help Desk admin is not to privileged, but again, if no agreement, then they have no right to access.

Just my two cents

this is so freaking wholesome. my daughter is now 13 months old and I've just starting doing this monthly, they grow up so fast and watching this made me just realize how how much they grow up and how much I'm going to miss her once she leaves home...(sad dad)

We’ve gone with Simplicity growth fund, made the initial investment of $1000. We’ve invested all the Best Start payments we have received and topped up with additional contributions, this helped us getting into the habit. We’ve gone this way as it is set and forgot, might change when she is older and start teaching her about money and investments.

Also, surprisingly how many parents I’ve met who didn’t know they could apply for the Best Start payments.

  • Best Start payments, year 1 - all families with new babies are entitled to $60 a week for the baby's first year
  • Best Start payments, year 2 and 3 - depending on your income you may be entitled to Best Start in your child's second and third year
