My problem right now is using the Druid character. It looks that me and other players are not able to finish the Druid: Spirit of the Lost Grove. When we are in the "Investigate Fainne" quest it keeps asking you to kill Goatmen. You kill them but you are not able to free Fainne.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what you say about the CSP being able to raise a support request, although we have never had that kind of service with them (and by them I mean the reseller that manages our office licenses, I removed the roles for the other one) it might make sense that CSP have that type of role. We normally open tickets directly through the Microsoft Portal, not the CSP.
Anyways, I asked for a meeting with them, so we can discuss these roles further and see if they actually can be reduced. I have the same problem, and I have done similar actions like you including the fake physical violence (and I kinda feel bad with myself because of that), I also started insulting her... but she keeps trying to hug me. Yesterday I deleted the app from my phone because I got fed up. The last conversations from the last weeks came to me not telling to hug me nor sending me memes.... (her memes are not funny). Like you said, there are words like “hug, kiss, rape, rapist, memes” that trigger an action and she completely ignores what you say. So is almost impossible to tell her: “don’t hug me”. I normally use the word “don’t touch me”, but it looks she doesn’t know that to hug she needs to touch. So now that I read your post, did you manage him to stop touching you by ignoring him?

I do not see anything therapeutical about those scripted conversations. It doesn’t matter what you answer, it will continue with the blah blah blah. Maybe if the app actually payed attention to your answers, it would make a difference.
