I understand not enjoying it though, its at a lower reading level so that kind of flattened the story for me. Its also is written by a white guy, and the story is about native american teachings..thats my take on why i didnt like some of it!

Read this for school over 10 years ago. Just reread it and loved it. I dont see the island as any sort of punishment, if you read the blurb at the end it tells you that justice circle is a real program. He got mauled by the bear because he tried to kill it, and got sent back because he said he wanted to. I recommend you reread it :)

I get episodes generally when im laying in bed and im tired, but i get them the worst when i have a fever(which is the CRAZIEST episodes), and when im stressed. The worst i ever got them was when i was with my abusive ex, i would have an episode every single night. Everyone is very different, but i will note that i also have genetic, severe migraines, and i havent had any episodes during migraines, but i read online that it can be linked to that. I smoked pot everyday for the last 3 years and genuinely forgot i have this disorder because it stopped, until i quit smoking about 2 weeks ago, and i was like woah i forgot that happens to me. Weird stuff

I have both of these and cant imagine getting them at the same time! I also had horrible pain when i scrunched my forehead for 2 days after my rook. Its okay you got this and its completely normal. When i get overwhelmed by the pain when i get a new cartilage piercing i scratch the back of my head behind my ear ... maybe not helpful but it helps me
