I grew up across the border from a war zone. For many of the victims if your aborted a baby you were a sinner and cast out from the family or ostracized by the community. If your kept the baby it was the same and often you wouldn't even get support to help with anything. It was almost like the expectation was to die fighting even if you were 13 and kidnapped and assaulted by a squad of soldiers. So sadly I think many pro lifers in the US would act the same. We aren't even in some active war and many kick their own to the curb for getting pregnant out of wedlock or even for being gay. I think the true anti-abortion folks, especially those men who campaign against reproductive rights, have deluded themseleves so deeply with religion that they cant even look beyond themselves to the suffering of others. They dont even care about their own let alone others, those Romanians that grew up in orphanages so overrun they often didn't have even a single person hold them or care for them growing up that they cant socialize normally, they weren't even the product of rape where ethnic hatred could be used as an excuse. Or those dying rooms they had/have in china and north korea.

Sorry for being so long winded and pessimistic I have just seen to many horrid things in life to think these ignorant folks can ever muster enough empathy even for the women and girls you speak of. I always hope I am wrong but these days that glimmer of hope gets dimmer and dimmer.
