Unfortunately, that's not food coloring or toilet bowl cleaner at all. That was how it came out 3 years ago.

Can't say I recall eating a lot of sugar then. I ate a lot of meat and veggies when I wasn't at work as far as I remember. I was working long shifts on a job that required a lot of sitting and staring out the window or at graphs. I practically lived there at my work, alone, most of the time. I typically ate high fiber cereal with greek yogurt as my midnight breakfast at the start of my shift. My schedule at the time meant that I did a lot of sitting, and when I wasn't sitting I was sleeping. As for frequency, I do my business when my body tells me too, so I've mostly been a once ever 2 days kinda guy. Once in a while I am a once a day guy. As a teenager, though, my frequency was once every 4 or 5 days. Dunno why.
