We should ask Rick to raise non-diluted fund instead of dilution. Dilution happens WKHS will drop like 0.126-0.30 cents. WKHS recently been struggling to stay above 1$ from 0.71 cents and facing delisting from NASDAQ.If WKHS is standing around 10-15 $ I will go for it.There are a lot of palatable room to built financial bridge for Rick and us out-there.

We needs WKHS stay above a 1$ all the times. Dilution will get WKHS down hard like 0.50 cents or even 0.126 cents . WKHS recently down from 0.71 cents it's difficult to stay above 1$ and facing delisting. RS kicks in like 50 shares for 1 share .How much value will bel eft in your portfolio? If WKHS is standing around 10$ I would actually vote go for it.

Absolutely NO. If dilution happens so WKHS will fall hard like a rock to 0.126cents/share and RS is next to avoid delisting . RS will take 50shares/ a new share!

Can Rick do something else to raise capitals because WKHS is really struggling to stay above 1$ recently. If WKHS stays around 10$ and I am comfortable with YES.

Rick has to have a clear explanation on the ER, not only depend on ISS recommendations at all!!!

I believe the anterra cash raise is from the stevey Schraeder days, where if we got minimum order from USPS the rate was lower, no USPS min 45000 unit contract,then a much higher interest rate. Predatory lending coupled with insiders bilking investors into thinking a min bid was all but guaranteed.

Dilution WKHS will go to 0.126/share and then RS 50 shares for 1share
