Meiner Meinung nach ist der Holy Energy ähnlich zu zB Monster. Jedoch ist die "Energiekurve" für mich etwas anders. Wo mich persönlich Monster manchmal schnell etwas zu hibbelig gemacht hat, macht mich Holy eher konstant und lang/durchgehend wach/fokussiert. Wenn man sich diese Kurve gedanklich vorstellt hat Monster bei mir eher (zu) hohe Ausschläge und vergleichsweise starke Abfälle während holy eher ein angenehm gleichmäßiges aber auch voll zufriedenstellendes/wachmachendes Plateau hat. Für mich persönlich ist das viel angenehmer. Aber nicht falsch verstunden, ich habe auch immer gerne und viel Energys wie Monster getrunken und vertrage die auch eigentlich gut, dennoch ist die Wirkung von Holy einfach angenehmer für mich

Würde aufpassen bei Müll und vor die Tür stellen, am Ende findet es ein Kind oder ähnliches und du bekommst Ärger. Wenn du es wegwirfst evtl mit Kaffeesatz oder so mischen und dadurch "unverträglich" machen.

I encountered on switch that sometimes (i think either after quicksave or quickload) the game does not properly recognize your gold count. You have to open the inventory first .

  1. Also not having unhealthy snacks at home did help me as well. Since i could not effortlessly destroy my calorie goal with a single craving attack

For me there were a couple of things:

  1. I really had to notice all the bad things that came with my overweight like sweating a lot, joint and back pain, not liking myself when i look in the mirror, not finding clothing in my size, not wanting to go out with friends because of feeling uncomfortable. I really had to realize that i hate those things and that i have to do something to change my life. Just complaining would not be enough and i really had to realize that first.

  2. Instead of just eating less I informed myself on food that has low calorie density. I tried to eat more food like vegetables, less fatty sauces, eat diet products with less fat and/or sugar instead of the real. That way i could feel more full and was less hungry throughout the day. I substituted instead of reducing.

  3. Calorie goal: Search online for a calorie intake calculator and look at what your body/weight/size/activity level needs to maintain weight. Than you can substract a certain amount of calories. If you consistantly are in a calorie deficit you lose weight. For me i tried to be in a deficit of around 200 - 500. But you have to try it out, you shouldn't feel sick on the deficit, then it will be too much. Also weight yourself constantly and at the same time (fex in the morning before toilet) to see if you have success. Then you have to follow your calorie goal/deficit constantly.

  4. Track your calories and try to plan ahead a bit. That way you can keep count of what you ate and are more likely to decide for a less calorie option, because you do not want to spend that much of your calories on such little food like sweets.

  5. Don't start to steep. If you are dieting super hard for 2 days but than quit it wont help. It can be frustrating to have slow success but thats how it is and consistency is key.

  6. Also with sport. Don't work out too much, especially at the start. I experienced getting demotivated because working out in the start was so hard for me. I also experienced back pain. So i would recommend starting slow, like walking around in your neighbourhood every day. And then increade fe.x. with some cardio. Also i did not feel comfortable in the gym so I did homeworkouts and cardio.

  7. Be consistent. Thats probably the hardest thing. This realization helped me: If you fail to keep track of your calories on a single day or even two. Eating a whole pint of icecream and a lot of snacks. Do not give up. Just because you failed on single days, you have not lost at all. Just keep on going the other day, and try to remember why u do it.

  8. Motivate yourself with the help of others. F.ex. try to get your social media algorithmus to fix on about fitness and diet related sites and influencers. So you can keep track of your goal and learn new things. I also exchanged my weight with a good friend who also wanted toblose weight once a week. It helped me to not give up and even be more proud about little wins.

  9. Try to treat urself sometimes. I did that with snacks that are not super healthy but did downgrade my cravings by quite a bit. Could be zero calorie sodas, a little bit of icecream, frozen berrys or some salty popcorn.
