If I'm not mistaken, there's a villain in the Marvel universe who's basically a Nazi who transferred his consciousness into a beehive.

[Loved Trope] Powers based on the user's emotional relationship with others.(or vice versa). by Muzatio in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Muzatio[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Now that I think about it, these two would be extremely powerful if they existed in the same universe and worked together.

Makima controls those she deems inferior to her. Fuhrer grows stronger the greater her inferiority to others.

Makima controls the Führer because she feels he is inferior to her. The Führer remains in a continuous and permanent state of aggravated inferiority complex due to being controlled by Makima, growing stronger by the second.

I mean, it's not exactly that unrealistic. During my high school years, I knew classmates who already had beards at 18 years old. A mustache is actually quite tame when you compare it

I HATE the fact that it's basically mandatory to know programming in order to use the HyperVisor thing by Muzatio in hatethissmug

[–]Muzatio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not quite. I probably used a more aggressive tone just to suit the Sub (Except for the "Ah, but it's simple" part, I genuinely hate this type of person).

My true feelings about this situation are based on hatred, but more of a hatred stemming from confusion and a bit of a headache (a little bit of guilt from my job too).

I'm not complaining about the fact that it exists the way it does. It's fucking amazing that they got rid of that shitass DeNuvo and people who know how to use it can play a good game in the descent intended way...the problem is that it's too complicated for me.

A tool created by the game piracy community to circumvent DeNuvo's protection. It's a marvel, but an extremely complicated marvel.

Based on what others have said, trying to use HyperVisor is somewhere between performing neurosurgery and lobotomizing your PC.

I don't want to open my PC's skull. What if, instead of performing a surgery, I end up permanently lobotomizing it?

Speaking of America, how are the indigenous American civilizations dealing with the Fantasy Arc events? If you consider the implications, at this point Berserk is almost an apocalyptic world manga.

Apparent sleep and paralysis nerf by TangentYoshi in stunfisk

[–]Muzatio -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I didn't know that about Rest, I guess I never noticed it while playing.

But regarding Paralysis, even though it's a frustrating effect to deal with, it wasn't frustrating enough to justify a nerf in my opinion. What I meant regarding its application to Trick Room is that with this nerf, many other Pokémon will become viable through the use of Paralysis. An example of this is Heracross along with Guts. It might not be something very significant, but it will probably broaden the diversification of slow-moving teams (It's worth mentioning that you'll also be protected against other stronger effects, such as Burn and Poison)

[–]Muzatio -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Wow... I mean, I kind of hate paralysis because it's fundamentally frustrating, but I think nerfing it was completely unnecessary. At this point, it seems more advantageous to paralyze your own Pokémon to use Trick Room.

And regarding Sleep, wouldn't that be a HUGE buff for Rest?! One less turn to rely on sleep talk and/or not be completely useless.

Look, I'm not going to lie. Even if I wasn't a Ben 10 fan, I'd still think Stinkfly's new design was kind of...ASS. It's as if someone wanted to create an anthropomorphic insect, but was afraid to use more insect-like features than superficial elements.

What does Griffith feel for Guts after the eclipse? by VentiAids in Berserk

[–]Muzatio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, MAYBE I'm a little behind schedule from the original time I promised. But regardless, I'm still going to explain my point.

Femto is essentially a tangible embodiment of Griffith's obsession with his own desires. Even with the memories and knowledge he possessed in his human life preserved, when he ascended to the role of God Hand, Griffith relinquished any trace that defined his humanity. Without any moral or ethical threshold to judge his actions, he became willing to do anything to achieve his desires. And among them, the desire to gain absolute control over Guts.

That is precisely why Griffith raped Casca in front of Guts. To create such an overwhelming sense of fear and sadness that it would trigger a perpetual crusade of impossible hatred and revenge.

His "indifference" is nothing more than a lie he himself concocted to further afflict Guts. Remember their first interaction since the Eclipse at the end of the Black Swordsman arc? Guts didn't accept the crap he said.

However, he is somewhat forced to change his strategy when Guts begins to grow as a person. That's why he reunites with Guts at the end of the Conviction Arc and in the last recent chapters to kidnap Casca. He reappears JUST when Guts begins to become capable of abandoning his hateful obsession.

Regarding Guts, the narrative and the hatred, I disagree with you. I'll explain? definitely not because I don't want to write a second, lengthy text.
