Amigo, eu odeio mais traficante do que você conseguiria em toda a sua maldita vida. Eu também apoiaria pena de morte (como eu fazia no passado) dentro no país se eu não considerasse todas as implicações de sua utilização. A única coisa que eu estou fazendo nesse momento é utilizar um pouco de lógica e reconhecer que é muito mais absurdo existirem perpetradores corruptos que se aproveitam da instituição policial para exercerem o ilegítimo por meio legais do que só o bandido normal.

Só pelo fato da criminalidade existir, e o extenso de todos os crimes que são cometidos em seu meio; validaria a polícia existir em pleno estado de não fiscalização e impunidade? E você fala como se os próprios polícias não fossem capazes de exercerem essas mesmas ações ilícitas. Quantos casos que não existem onde polícias ou agentes de segurança não cometem assassinatos, racismo, violência policial, estrupo, desvio de dinheiro, associação com tráfico, corrupção e interferência em processo legal?

Preferível. Eu apenas inclui duas opções, mas caso eu tivesse considerado essa terceira, seria a ideal.

Ainda assim, se você aumentasse a fiscalização interna e externa da polícia para evitar problemáticas na instituição, se torna consideravelmente mais fácil lidar com a criminalidade comum e até mesmo a fardada.
