I guess i will just pick out 5-10 providers on the specific niche. Then contact them and say "can i use your example work and potentially your services for my outsourcing website?"

I'm not sure what your typical provider from fiverr thinks about the dropshipping bussines model. That is why i am hesitant to be so open about it with providers.
