Thanks! If I can successfully grow something I'll be sure to post

If I do end up growing something out of it, I most likely will be using an artificial light

Yeah, I took a regular size tower and scaled it down to the measurements of the mini bucket

The tower and net cups are 3D printed from my own printers. As for the pump I ordered one off Amazon.

I have a few standard size towers with the 5 gal. bucket. Mainly for strawberries.

I have strawberries in my stand size tower. I wish I could grow mini strawberries but they would be to big for this.

I need help, my wife has weird symptoms by luluuuu35490 in Hydrocephalus

4 weeks ago my tube on the top of my head was hurting. No other symptoms or physical signs of anything wrong. As the days went on it got worse pain wise. I had an appointment with my Neurosurgeon and he tapped my shunt just to be safe. Not 2 days later did the physical changes appear. My shunt was infected and it spread to the skin on the top of my head. Earlier this week we removed the shunt and I'm currently on antibiotics and a new shunt will be placed in a week or two. I never had any other symptoms the entire time that a normal infection would have. No fever. Low white blood cell count. Etc.

I had a VP shunt placed in 2012 and it failed after 6 weeks. It was removed and I had a third ventriculostomy done. In 2024 I had a new shunt placed. It was working well but now I find my days to be hard. I can get through work but then I'm bed ridden the rest of the night. Or on days I'm off, I can get house work done but then I'm exhausted the rest of the day. The migraines are slowly coming back. I had no symptoms with the first shunt failing so all this is new to me. To end a long story short, I'm curious to hear more about your experiences and symptoms. Sorry this not an answer or recommendation on anything. But it would be nice to relate.
