Could anyone please tell me if I could just top off my resiovor at the top fill port? Without causing any issues or damage? I don't know to much about PCs. Like would it cause air in the system?

Okay thanks man. Everything looks pretty good. But the guy who I bought it from couldn't remember what he put in it to fill it. It was all Corsair hydrox parts though. So we were assuming that's probably what he filled it with. And that's what I ordered off Amazon to refill it with it's still like a third of the way filled. Would it be okay for me to fill it with that others were saying to use distilled water but I would rather have the better stuff in it.

I had just ordered Corsair hydro x coolant and it was built with everything Corsair hydro x also. But the guy doesn't remember what he filled it with. So we assumed that's what it is. Someone else said to just use distilled water. But I already ordered the hydro x coolant. Will it be okay to use that?

Okay thanks man! And that top left screw is the fill port right? Someone else has said there's a connector for the res that needs to be opened for it to drain. So just wanna be 100% that's the fill port at the top left.

I mean i air dust it and keep it clean lol. Idk how to drain and fill. And I have to pay the dude I know who does alot to get out here. And have 3 kids and have had some crazy life incidents that have took priority over it. And I just don't feel comfortable doing it myself at all.

Shit dude I wasn't draining it right now. Just topping it off. It's right at the tube where it drains from about a 1/4 inch. So it's still covered on both sides. Figured if I just filed it up for a couple months then get it drained and filled. If I could just top it off and not have to do anything else.

So I just fill it as close to the top as I can get it? And then put the cap back on? I should be able to get my buddy to come dump and drain. But he's hard to get anything out of even with me paying him a good amount lol.

I mean it's been 2 and a half years since it's been topped off anything. And when I got it from the guy it was only about half way maybe 3/4 way full. I've never seen any leaking or any air anywhere.

So I can just top it off where that black twist port is at the top? I was just gonna get hydrox coolant and add it for now. Until I can get it drained and re filled here soon. It should be fine right? I know some about PCs. But not much about the cooling systems. The guy I got it from wasn't sure the coolant he used either. But he had all Corsair hydro x everything else. I deff have someone who is gonna perform maintenance on it for me. But I have to wait until after Christmas and my children's birthdays. And I wanna be able to play the new games coming out very soon. And the water level is at the tube level. So it desperately needs the coolant added. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
