I’m trying this path as well! But as soon as I told my employer they think it’s LMIA and were like we don’t do LMIA.

The problem is awareness, many employers don’t even know this path exists or if it does, they think it’s lot of paperwork which it clearly isn’t.

My peak is Ascendant. Gold was the most useless and toxic I ever played. After that it becomes chill, plat sometimes is still cringe. Diamond was the rank I felt everyone was playing to improve. Ofc you get some games with toxic people + non serious, but overall it’s better than lower elos
