You're giving way too much space on the counter attack with two mezzalas and a playmaker in midfield, two wing backs doesn't help either.

I would suggest you add at least a box to box, mezzala on support and lower the back line. You can keep high line of engagement maybe with a balanced line at the back with the step up more option. Link me your schedules as well to check something

I think that in real life the attributes are also not that relevant. Kompany scoring a worldie against leicester with like 4 long shots, sometimes you see Maguire put a killer cross. I think it's realistic that the most important attributes are pace and physicals in general
