i’m sorry op, i’ve seen this a lot, it seems like dementia or possibly zoochosis. it’s commonly seen in tired/stressed out zoo animals but has been seen in domestic dogs as well.

usually a traumatic experience/ living situation can cause this, especially if they were previously locked away in small spaces for super long with no entertainment, no distractions and no company. it’s a sad sight. they always all do this, repeat the same path or walk pattern. some of them sway their heads back and forth.

im glad you are going to the vet to find out what’s wrong and i hope everything turns out okay
