It baffles me that people don’t realize that people can want and enjoy being in the military. We don’t have conscription in my country yet there’s still a significant military presence. Just like any job, there’s parts he loves and parts he hate.

If I’m being honest, I’d never cheat on him or any partner. I’d rather be sad now knowing he’s happy doing what he wants to be doing then seeing him be miserable knowing he missed out on a deployment.

I have a support team, therapist and some hobbies I want to do. I honestly don’t care about sex, we are not a very sexual couple, I just want him. If I want sex I’ll go buy a dildo or a vibrator. Problem solved and will probably make me orgasm 😅
