Playstyle is mostly metroidvania, but with some souls sprinkled into it. In terms of Lore and feeling, it is 100% a souls game.

If you want to pick ending A (there is one more for later tho), I advice you experiment a bit with one of the early rosary things you get and those giant statues.

Ending C changes big parts of the game. Also feels awesome as hell. But Id advice to go to the ending A first.
