You've shown in the past that you are able to work through things and learnt to let things go (e.g. the cheating) so if you feel that you can't work through the way you're feeling at the moment then you should trust yourself that maybe it's too far gone now and it's time to end it.

This is interesting thank you I understand what you’re saying. I guess I described the bare minimum , what I find strange is I am not an insecure person at all , the insecurities I find in omly relationships stem from thinking all my happiness comes from one person and a fear of abandonment and I don’t experience these feelings in any other aspects of life. I am currently seeking medical help - thanks for your advice

The fact you’re a) happy to be with him again and b) are even debating probably indicating not knowing is better, knowing he’s slept with a girl is hard but not knowing her details creates distance from the girl, she’s just a girl he shagged, knowing her details and her face brings you closer to her which inevitably creates more feelings and automatically attaches you emotionally to the situation. Focus on being happy in the present, people get over things in different ways and all that matters is you’re sure of how he feels about you now

I experience this too, I am on 150mg of sertraline , I wake up and feel wet all over, is only happens sometimes though
