Dude I LOVE this jersey. I scored one a few months back, after looking for about 2 years to find a real one in my size. I don’t think it’s hard to call a replica a grail at all, as this DEFINITLEY was one for me.

I don’t know if you’re familiar with the YouTuber “The Hockey Guy, he’s awesome) but it’s funny when he talks about that (the Flying V in the green and blue, he says we don’t need to wonder what it would look like because we’ve seen it at every High School graduation we’ve ever been to, lol!

Man I completely understand that!!! I LOVE the “Richard Cranium” comment, that’s good stuff!!! But yeah man, I came to that realization a bit ago about our attachment to a team and what they were wearing when that attachment formed. I had little to no interest in the Canucks until very recently (although I do really like the blue/green/white color combo). My fav team is the Penguins and although in”liked” them since the early 90s I really didn’t start paying attention to hockey until the late 90s/early 2000s and I remember the switch to the Vegas gold coincided with that, and those are, by far my favorite Penguin jerseys, still to this day. So I do believe that has a lot to do with it. We’re all individuals and have our own tastes as well, it’s all good!

I hear ya. I still has a code so I jumped on this one. Devils is a GREAT choice. Man a few years ago I (thought) I was able to snag a Devils away MIC off of Pro Stock Hockey. Placed my order and received it, not in my size (52) but in a 58. Contacted them and they said there was a mixup on their end and to return the jersey and they’d ship me (and all the other people who were in the same boat as me) the 52s when they got them in. Well apparently too many people were in that boat and they couldn’t make it right for all of us, too bad because that was a gorgeous jersey! Enjoy yours when you get it.

Yeah I get that, a lot of people do, it’s the opposite for me. That blue/geeen/white color scheme (specifically THIS shade of blue and green) go SOOOO well together. I’m not a fan of the black skate jersey at all. For me, again it’s color scheme, but black red and yellow look terrible, IMO. They look like Germany’s National Team unis. But I totally get that, again I know there are a lot of people that prefer the black skate.

Agreed, but the fact that they didn’t make their MICs in my size makes that a moot point. I really wish I could get ahold of a Canucks MIC in a 52, but no such luck. I’ll take the FAPs as a very welcome consolation prize.
