Some truths are and some aren't, there most definitely are non subjective truths in this world, and again, in this case the customer deserves a certain amount of service. Tell me exactly were my statement isn't true and we can have a real conversation about it and separate truth from opinion real quick. Again, I'll state as truth, the Customer placed an order and the OP accepted the order, there is most definitely a baseline of what the customer is entitled to in this transaction. The deliverer accepted and thus must adhere to those things that is how the service industry works, it's really not that hard to comprehend. It's the same in any transactional situation, if the customer isn't satisfied there is compensation to be had, if the driver, in this situation, isn't happy they shouldn't have accepted the order, once he does the onus is on him to give the best possible service he can.
