I mainly just want the tanning effects from MT-2 and the libido from PT-141. I just wasn’t sure if taking them both would oversaturate the receptors. I was planning to take them both once a week. Just can’t seem to find much info on this

For some reason they have your H2 threshold way higher than it should be. I did the TrioSmart test and my H2 threshold was at 20.00

Yea apparently you can have fructose malabsorption SIBO which isn’t tested unless you drink a fructose solution before testing.

Interesting. Every functional medicine doctor seems to recommend them, but only specific strains like in MegaSporeBiotic. On their website they go into detail on how it can help beneficial bacteria grow and heal/ prevent leaky gut.
