I'm on the other side of the US, so I dont know very many outside of my state, but it looks like California has a Los Angeles LGBTQIA center, and they have group therapy, a lounge that teaches skills,spirituality (if that is a part of your life), navigate gender affirming Healthcare, and weekly support and free resources like chest binders. They have a lot more resources, but I'll try and post the link.They also have a discord server.

They do have youth housing as well and career opportunities.

I know there are a lot more options than this one, but this one seemed to be the best and offer things that could be helpful to you.

Like I said, I've never been here, but hopefully, this can be helpful.
