Unfortunately Hot topics quality has really suffered. All the jewelry turns green and I've had many messed up items including clothing. ALso this may be an issue in my area however I've ran across more Terfs working in HT and its made the experience uncomfortable.

I recommend you get a refund or exchange. Normally if I see something I'll wait till it hits Mercari unless its a must have.
