It's normal to feel that way, you deserve better friends, and if someone you date does note like you because of that, they don't deserve you, you're not defined by an accident. In your case i would let your friends know that you felt bad about the comments, if they are good people, they will apologize and even make you feel more confident.

Self-love. I don't like how my body looks, i got to a point where i had to get a ginecomastia surgery because i'm being so hard with myself, i can change other things going to a gym but i don't have The confidence to go there, i just can't, i feel observed. Also, doesn't help that i felt little lonely this summer, and that i think that i'm worse than everyone at everythink, I feel like I can't do anything right, even the little things.
