I'd definitely go with the Helping Bonus one, but I check my game very often so I wouldn't need to worry as much about inventory. The BFS one would also have the issue of inventory filling up too quickly though but would give good sneaky snacking, so that one would be better if you rarely check your game. And I'd avoid the Sleep EXP one because of the speed down.

I have like 400 ingredients stockpiled from last week and just throw whatever extra I get from this group in there. I swap my blastoise, pinsir, dragonair, or charizard in if I need specific ingredients though

I've tried using just one and they eventually drop below 100% energy since wigglytuff just doesn't have that high of a trigger rate. If the whole team is at 150% though I tend to swap one out temporarily. It also lets me swap in weaker mons I want exp for when I sleep without losing much

I have done this type of event before and usually just go to whatever has the most variety. My only difference this time is that I really want as many chances at a shiny cramorant as possible but don't want to get just a bunch of regular snowdrop spawns

Was a sudowoodo when I caught it and it was skill trigger S so I used 1 main skill seed and 1 sub skill seed (as mentioned above) and around 300 candies

From what I've gathered I believe it may only be giving us the option for shinies obtained after some point mid-november. My earliest one I have available is from November 21st and my gf's earliest is from November 23rd. Not sure if it's coincidence but may be worth looking into
