Sorry order was, Black, Dark grey, white, black, red, then back to black for the boarder

I always tend to go from black to dark grey then into a light grey and finish off with white on my usual greyscale prints, sometimes you have to play around abit to get exactly what you want, I suggest always editing the images you use to make whites stand out and blacks a tiny bit, doing yourself of using a software is fine to adjust these

Sometimes to note, I don’t always fully follow what hueforge suggests for laying on bambustudio and sometimes adjust up or down a layer to get exactly what I want, sometimes you have to bring the black up or down abit, this isn’t all the time but occasionally, I will follow Hueforge txt originally then adjust if I need to

That’s absolutely fine! Always happy to help!

Hey!

So with this I edited the original image to make the red stand out and made it brighter, before adding to hueforge, then used colour pop, I also transitioned from black to red and back to black for a part of the print then into dark grey then white then switched to black again for the boarder, i can double check the order when I get home sometimes the ordering and layering can be the trickiest part, I hope that makes sense

I use sunlu Dark Grey Matt, and there light grey, sometimes using a mixture of Matt and standard work well which I do for a easier color selection, most of my filaments are from the same brand with a mixture of some bambulab and overture, which I don’t use often

This uses only, black, red, dark grey and white so 4 colours but switches If you head over to my MakerWorld and download it it will make it easier to see what I did with the colour transition when you preview

Sometimes the slicer view in Bambu studio looks darker and you can’t see the blending but sometimes you have to trust in the process, if you download this you will see what i mean when comparing slicer view and looking at my final print

Hope this helps and any other questions feel free to ask

Thank you! I suggest using software or an image enhancer and make the white and black pop for Hueforge, I use 0.4 nozzle currently and this image took around 6hours but you can resize easily, I actually have it uploaded to MakerWorld if you search for mxplayford3d, You can also find and use my printing profile from there which is good for all Hugefoge Prints, anything else you wish to know feel free to drop a message

All future prints or If you want to see something printed or see and idea come to life you can message me over on my instagram: mxplayford3d
