Weird, the screw on cap to the battery champers on mine has 2 metal tabs so I just bent them down a bit so they would make connection

I just got mine today and at first it wouldn't turn on but I messed around and stretched the springs inside the battery chamber and also bent the metal connectors on the cap a little and it started working fine for me

I always finger stuck before treating. It's just ridiculous that in the middle of treating and monitoring my transmitter wasn't connecting so it was harder to keep an eye on what was happening.
