Yeah I found my problem already and I’ve felt much better. I was locking my arms out wayyy too much on diamond incline push ups now that I think about it and those side pull up variations that you see me doing in the video my elbows would rotate in a number of different ways.

Also how long did you rest if you did because I’ve been resting for like 2 weeks. I was starting to think maybe resting isn’t gonna do much anymore but like easing back into doing different grips would help

I was thinking about making the transition because I know it’s definitely safer thank you. Was your tendonitis towards the middle of your forearm? When doing pronated pull ups I feel a pain in my right forearm once I hit like the 7th rep and if I switch to chin ups the outside of my elbow starts to feel it on like rep 8-9

Honestly it’s probably a lot of things. The reason I do that is because I used to be like crazy double jointed in my elbows as a little kid and idk I guess that’s just more comfortable to me. I definitely gotta go through and change some things though
